Mobile home fire claims the life of 71-year-old man in Lothian

LOTHIAN, Md. — A 71-year-old man died in a trailer home fire in Lothian Thursday.

Anne Arundel County Fire officials say the fire broke out around 9:45am, at the Patuxent Mobile Estates.

Thomas Reilly was found dead inside his bedroom, where the fire is said to have originated.

Crews contained the flames in about 30 minutes, and have ruled the cause accidential.

Reilly is the sixth person to die in a fire this year in Anne Arundel County.
