BALTIMORE — Baltimore Fire officials said one person is dead and two are injured after a Monday morning house fire in Park Heights.

Crews responded to call of a house fire in the 2800 block of West Cold Spring Lane just before 2:00 a.m. Officials said six people were inside, three suffered injuries, one of whom was taken to Sinai Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A Baltimore City Fire spokesperson told WMAR-2 News the person injured with life-threatening injuries later died at the hospital. The two other are in stable condition.

Officials are investigating the cause of the fire
