HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (WMAR) — Two men have been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of a 61-year-old man last November.

Havre de Grace Police on Thursday announced charges against 32-year-old Robert Lee Zeman 3rd, and Joseph Daniel Parrish, 27 for the shooting death of Jeffrey Mark Coudon.

On November 11, Coudon was found shot inside his apartment in the 200 block of N. Washington Street. Three days later he died while at Shock Trauma.

After several months of investigation, police arrested Zenman on Tuesday and charged him with being an accessory to murder.

Parrish was taken into custody Thursday on an arrest warrant. He's being charged with multiple crimes including First and Second Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, Home Invasion, and Theft.

According to police, Parrish is also charged with retaliating against a witness and destroying evidence.

Police say Coudon knew the suspects but would not elaborate on how they were associated. It's unclear what case Coudon may have been a witness to, and what evidence was destroyed.

Both men are currently being held without bail.
