A 17-year-old has been shot and killed in Annapolis.
Police on Sunday identified the victim as Terry Bosley of Annapolis.
Police say Bosley was walking with a group of people on President Street in the city just before 5 p.m. on Saturday when one person in the group shot him.
The shooter and the rest of the group then fled the area in a small blue car.
City police say they believe Bosley and the shooter knew each other.
Annapolis Police Chief Scott Baker called the shooting an outrageous act of violence, and police urged the community to come forward with tips to help the investigation.
