Baltimore County Public Schools superintendent Verletta White was in Annapolis Friday being questioned about her financial statements.
There are allegations that she failed to report consulting fees she'd received while working for the school district.
This comes as her predecessor, Dallas Dance, faces charges of perjury. He is accused of failing to report thousands of dollars in consulting fees to the district.
State Senators at the meeting would like to have Baltimore County education financial papers audited as far back as 2012.
Members of the House of Delegates also want to speak with White.
