BALTIMORE — It has been one month since 38-year-old Brandy Winkler was seen in Armistead Gardens.
Winkler was last seen on May 18 in Northeast Baltimore. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance. She is 5 feet, 7 inches and approximately 118 pounds. Winkler has pierced ears and a noticeable cyst on her left jaw.
