BALTIMORE — A major last minute change to this weekend's Charm City Live music festival.
H.E.R. was previously set to perform, but canceled a week before the event.
On Monday Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott announced Ari Lennox as the new headlining act.
Charm City Live will be held downtown on August 26 from noon to 8pm at Market Place and E. Pratt Street.
The festival is free.
