UPDATE: Police say the barricade has concluded and a suspect is in custody.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Baltimore Police are currently on the scene of a barricade situation in the 1700 block of Harlem Avenue.
Several streets in the area are closed and residents are asked to stay indoors.
SWAT is on scene as well.
