Lifetone's bedside fire alarm and clocks are on the recall list because they may not fully alert people to fires.
Lifetone has received nearly 80 reports of alarms with blank screens.
The alarms were sold online at Lifetone's website, and were installed in buildings and homes by fire departments and the American Red Cross.
Anyone who has the alarms should contact Lifetone for information on getting a replacement alarm.
