JCPenney is recalling its Okie Dokie Denim Patches Shortie Shorts.
The patches on the shorts can detach and become a choking hazard for young kids.
The shorts were sold at JCPenney stores nationwide from February-June 2018 for about $22.
Anyone who has the shorts should stop using them and contact JCPenney for instructions on returning them.
