Two new businesses have opened at Foundry Row in Owings Mills.
Shoe retailer DSW is now open in the mixed-use development on Reisterstown Road, along with Bar Louie restaurant.
The businesses join a Wegmans, which opened last month.
Other stores, restaurants and other businesses coming to Foundry Row include Bagby Pizza, LA Fitness, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy and LifeBridge Health.
