Certain Ascent and Venturist 8 and 20 ounce blending containers are being recalled.
The containers can separate from the blade's base, exposing the blades.
11 people have been cut after touching those exposed blades.
The recalled blending containers were sold at Costco and Williams-Sonoma stores nationwide from April 2017 through July 2018.
Anyone who has them should contact Vitamix for a free repair kit.
