There is no threat to the public after a police-involved shooting Monday morning in Frederick County.
The Frederick County Sheriff's Office said it happened at 1:30 a.m. on Sandy Spring Lane in Thurmont.
No officers were injured during the shooting, but Deputies said an adult male was pronounced dead on the scene.
Currently on the scene of an officer involved shooting on Sandy Spring Lane in Thurmont. There is no danger to the public. More details will be provided as they become available.
