BALTIMORE — Disney's Aladdin is in town through December 1 and on Tuesday, the cast worked to encourage healthy living in the community.

Cast members lead a health and wellness workshop inspired by the show's choreography and music for students at Holabird Academy this morning. They taught actual dance sequences inspired by the show's performance of Arabian Nights and talked about making healthy food choices.

"I'm hopeful that the students will walk away knowing some of the dance moves but also seeing how much hard work it takes to put on a production like this...and also get a sense of whether they're inclined for some theater arts some musical arts and something for their future," said Stephanie Novak Pappas, Principal of Holabird Academy.

Aladdin will play at the Hippodrome Theatre through Sunday, December 1.
