Apple's latest emoji update includes a tribute to the late David Bowie.
Male and female characters are available for use, both sporting Bowie's iconic look from his 1973 "Aladdin Sane" album.

The new batch of emojis promotes diversity, with more women represented in professional roles like judges, teachers, scientists, pilots, firefighters, astronauts and plumbers.
Other emojis included in the update are the face palm, bacon, an avocado and an owl.
