BALTIMORE, Md. — Tiffany Jones would have turned 30 years old on Tuesday.
People that knew her best braved the cold and the rain for a balloon release on her birthday. The mother of two was abducted, killed, and left in a burning building in Brooklyn in August.

Police found her body in an abandoned rowhome that has become a shrine to Tiffany, with her name and messages of love written all over it.
Her grandmother says every day has been difficult since she was killed.
"She was a caring person and she would do anything for anybody. That's how she was she was just a good person. She is well missed. The person that done this to my granddaughter I hope they pray every night and I hope she is on their mind every night," said her grandmother, Mary Bass.
Two people have been charged with her abduction and murder.
