LUTHERVILLE TIMONIUM, BALTIMORE COUNTY — A Baltimore County landlord stepped up to help his tenant in need this holiday season.
Tom Oliver's heart was broken when the woman who rents his property in Parkville asked to pay rent late this December. She is struggling to pay bills and told him she could not afford Christmas for her three sons.
Tom called on his Dulaney Village community to help and collected one thousand dollars in gift cards for the family. They also provided a Christmas dinner to make the holiday more special.
