PASADENA, ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY — If you have attended a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium there is a good chance you have heard Dan Granofsky.

The Pasadena native transforms into "Real Fan Dan" every Sunday and has been leading the R-A-V-E-N-S chant since 1998. He is one of the NFL's most spirited fans and enjoys riling up fans to cheer on the Ravens.

Granofsky is a member of Ravens Roost 18 in Glen Burnie and met his wife, Robin, through the club.

He is a 26-year veteran of the Maryland Army National Guard and served another 15 years as a civilian employee and contractor.

Thank you, Real Fan Dan, for your service to Maryland and for the purple pride you bring to Ravens Nation!
