BALTIMORE, Md — Baltimore City Solicitor, Andre Davis, says he is ready to cooperate in the investigation of the controversy surrounding the University of Maryland Medical System’s purchase of books from Mayor Catherine Pugh.

He says he has not been asked yet, but Governor Larry Hogan has called on the State Prosecutor to investigate any ties between the state and the sales of Healthy Holly.

"Absolutely, we will cooperate 100 percent with any agency that asks for information, either by subpoena or otherwise," said Davis. "We will cooperate fully without hesitation."

According to Davis, the staff of the city's Law Department is not aware of any city funds used to purchase books from the Healthy Holly LLC.
