Both gubernatorial candidates in Maryland will speak Monday on their plans to reduce crime.
Governor Larry Hogan and Democratic candidate Ben Jealous will be in Western Maryland for the 26th State Biennial Fraternal Order of Police Conference.
Both will address police accountability and improving community relations with law enforcement.
Hogan will deliver remarks at WISP Resort in McHenry, Maryland at 8 a.m. Jealous will speak at 10 a.m.
