Service on the Brunswick Line is expected to resume Thursday.
MARC riders can use their tickets on Washington's Metrorail. MARC Train plans to address the service issue Wednesday evening after a debrief with CSX Transportation.
Tuesday's storms caused flash flooding across parts of Frederick County. A MARC Commuter train got stranded in several feet of water. Riders had to move to the top of the train to stay safe. Everyone who was on board was rescued safely.
