BALTIMORE — With COVID-19 cases rising, are you looking for a more convenient safe way to grocery shop?
If you answered yes, Food Lion is offering a new option for customers at some of their stores in Carroll, Howard and Frederick Counties.
It's called Food Lion To-Go.
Here's how it works.
- Visit here or open the Food Lion To-Go app.
- Enter your zip code and select the closest participating store.
- Add groceries to your cart.
- Choose a pickup window (same day or up to seven days in advance) and check out.
- A worker will then pick, pack and hold your order at the store until you arrive to pick it up, at which point they will even load the groceries into your car.
