Visit Gertrude’s from now until August 5 for a taste of some local favorites, like peach BBQ-glazed Liberty Delight Farm brisket served with smoked greens and roasted rainbow potatoes or their fried Gertie’s crab cake and fried local chicken breast accompanied by stewed tomatoes and sautéed local summer squash.
