Multiple cooling centers will be available for residents wanting to avoid the extreme heat.
The Baltimore County Public Library will open their Arbutus, North Point, Pikesville, and Towson branches from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm this Sunday.
The BCPL says that library services may not be available.
