BALTIMORE COUNTY — A student at Patapsco High School was hospitalized following a medical emergency Thursday afternoon.
School officials say the student had a medical emergency near the gym.
Administrators and school resource officers responded to the scene. The student was taken to a hospital for additional care.
Once there, Baltimore County police told the school the student was in possession of a loaded gun.
This incident remains under investigation.
