BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police need help locating a pair of missing teens.
Chase Pugh, 16, and Anthony White, 13, were last seen April 17 near the RICA School in the 600 block of S. Chapel Gate Lane.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
