Baltimore City Police say the man who was shot and killed Sunday night in the 1300 block of North Spring Street has been identified as Anthony Martin.
The other victims remain stable at this time.
Martin was 36 years old.

Baltimore Police confirmed eight people were shot — seven men and a woman, ranging between 22 and 45-years-old
One of the men, 36, died. At least one other victim remains in critical condition.
Police say multiple weapons were recovered at the crime scene.
The ATF is helping in the investigation.
Mayor Brandon Scott issued this statement following the shooting.
“Tonight, Baltimore is grappling with the impacts of another mass shooting event that has taken the life of one Baltimorean and irreparably changed several others. Investigators from the Baltimore Police Department will diligently work to find and hold those who are responsible accountable for this horrific act of violence. To those who know who was involved — even if they are your loved one — I implore you to do the right thing and urge them to take accountability. Scott also said his office of Neighborhood Safety would activate a "coordinated neighborhood stabilization response," offering resources to the E. Oliver neighborhood as they begin the healing process.
