UPDATE: Baltimore Police say the family of the child has been found.
A young child was found early Tuesday morning in Southeast Baltimore.
Police say they found the boy around 2:33 a.m. on the 200 block of South Conkling Street.
Officers believe the boy is between three and four years old. They were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
