BALTIMORE — The men's basketball team at City College tops off an undefeated season as Maryland 3A state champions.
They finish the season a perfect 28-0 after defeating Damascus High School 67-54.
This comes after the team lost in double-overtime in the state semifinals last year.
After this win, the program captured its fourth state championship.
