PIKESVILLE, Md. — All roads have been reopened Friday following a storm that knocked down powerlines on I-695 at Greenspring Avenue.
The storm caused a massive backup in the area, shutting down the inner loop and partially closing the outer loop between exits 22 and 21, according to Maryland State Police.
Police asked drivers to avoid the area until the issue was resolved.
