BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police responded to the 900 block of Fell Street for reports of a man who fell into the water.
Firefighters then pulled the man out of the water. Officials say he was unresponsive.
Officers at the scene performed CPR until medical personnel arrived on scene to take him to a hospital.
The man's condition is unknown.
