BALTIMORE — A Sunday storm left several inches of snow in some parts of Maryland.
Despite the long weekend and Monday school closures for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, some districts are already announcing delays for Tuesday.
Howard County Public Schools was the first to decide on a two-hour delay.
