CUMBERLAND, Md. — A Maryland State inmate was found dead in a prison cell Monday afternoon.
Police say 34-year-old Moise Louis suffered fatal injuries at the Western Correctional Institution in Cumberland.
A fellow inmate was identified as the potential suspect, but charges have yet to be filed.
No motive was revealed.
