UPDATE: As of 4:55 pm, all lanes are open in both directions.
UPDATE: As of 4:45 pm, one lane remains closed on northbound 295 at MD 175. All other roads have reopened to traffic.
PREVIOUS STORY: Fire crews and BGE are on the scene of a gas leak in the area of MD 295 and MD 175.
Officials say a main natural gas line was struck.
Both roads will be closed down for an undetermined amount of time due to the leak.
