BALTIMORE — Tuesday evening, heavy rain caused flash flooding on West Patapsco Avenue in South Baltimore and left several drivers stuck.
The Baltimore Fire Department Special Operations Team used small boats to rescue drivers who were stuck by the rising water.
No injuries were reported.
