ANNAPOLIS — A new ferry route is coming to the Annapolis area thanks to ta nearly 3 million dollar federal grant.
The new route will go between Eastport and City Dock.
It's part of the city's plan to move toward electric transportation.
City council plans to use the money to buy battery powered ships, chargers and improve the two docks
