OWINGS MILL, Md. — A person was shot in the 9700 block of Groffs Mill Drive on Wednesday evening.
Officers arrived to the scene and located the adult victim and transported them to the hospital.
The Baltimore County Violent Crimes Unit responded and is investigating the incident.
