BALTIMORE — A 13-year-old boy is in police custody after being caught with a handgun in West Baltimore.
Police arrested the teen in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Authorities say he was known to police due to three prior robbery arrests.
He was taken to the Juvenile Justice Facility to be processed and charged.
