Skunk tests positive for rabies in Harford County

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — A skunk in Harford County has tested positive for rabies.

According to the Harford County Health Department, the skunk was found near the intersection of Grier Nursery Road and Cherry Hill Road.

It may have exposed other people and pets in the area.

Anyone who has made contact with the skunk is asked to call the Harford County Health Department at 410-877-2300 for a follow-up.
