WMAR is proud to support the Maryland Food Bank.
This is the final drive of 2020 and will run through December 31st, with the hopes of getting families through the holidays and these difficult times.
Financial donations to the Maryland Food Bank go further because of their relationship with wholesale retailers.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic started more families have been turning to the Maryland Food Bank for help. The loss in jobs, either through layoffs or furlough, has impacted some families that have never needed help before.
And the Maryland Food Bank is helping every single person, not just by putting food on the table, but also giving many a chance to give back.
