Dr. Theresa B. Felder joined Harford Community College as its 10th president on January 1, 2021. Dr. Felder is a strong supporter of community colleges and how they are a low-cost alternative to higher education, particularly to the unemployed and the underemployed, during and after the pandemic.

Harford Community College is located on more than 350 beautifully landscaped acres near Bel Air and offers more than 80 affordable degree and certificate programs of study in addition to a variety of noncredit continuing education courses.
