Like everyone else affected by the pandemic, The Goddard Schools have learned – and are still learning – a lot. As the nation heads cautiously into the Fall school season, Goddard is sharing some “best lessons” to keep their schools moving forward and enable children to continue learning.

Temperature checks are performed on children before they enter the building, and staff members collect the children to show them to their classrooms.

Hand washing, social distancing, and cleaning high-touch areas are all used to help keep students and staff safe.

Parents should educate themselves on the best practices for COVID-19 and model it for their kids. Parents should also speak with their children about any changes their classroom has made to help emotionally prepare them to return to school.
