Maryland Vegan Restaurant Week is happening February 7th - February 23rd. Sixteen restaurants in and around Baltimore will be participating, including establishments in Annapolis, Howard and Montgomery counties.
The now, bi-annual event, which boasts 'something for everyone,' was the brainchild of Naijha Wright Brown, owner of Land of Kush, and Samantha Claassen, owner of Golden West.
Plant based and vegan options include vegan soul food, mac and cheese, waffle monster, and mashed potatoes.
