Tomorrow is ‘Giving Tuesday’ – a yearly ‘global day of giving’ that falls on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
On Giving Tuesday, Weis Markets customers are invited to donate to a local nonprofit, chosen by employees at each Weis location, at checkout. Each Weis location will then add a $500 check to customer contributions to their chosen charity. To kick off the generosity, Weis Markets is donating $10,000 to the Maryland Food Bank.
Customers can choose a $1, $3, $5, or $10 donation, round their orders up to the nearest dollar, or donate any dollar amount of their choosing at checkout - it's that easy!
