CARROLL COUNTY, Md. — Carroll County Health Department has announced that there's now 18 reported deaths at the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Carroll County.
They have a total of 81 residents and 31 staff that have tested positive.
Overall for the county, there's 205 reported positive cases.
