BALTIMORE — The 700th COVID-19 patient has been discharged from Northwest Hospital.
“I was by myself but never alone thanks to the caring staff at Northwest Hospital who constantly checked in on me and took care of all of my needs," said 61-year-old Cynthia Kearney.
The family and friends of Kearney couldn’t see her because Governor Hogan mandated a “no visitors” policy in hospitals to try to keep patients and staff as safe as possible from COVID.
Kearney says that she received excellent care and was treated with kindness and at Northwest.
She was released within the last week after fighting and beating the virus.
Kearney has lived in Baltimore County her whole life and has been a pre-school teacher for 36 years.
She is extremely close with her family and thanks the doctors, nurses and Jesus for her recovery.
