BALTIMORE — Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott on Thursday announced that indoor public mask mandates would be lifted March 1.

The City is one of the last jurisdictions in the state to have such requirements.

Still, Scott said he could not say yet when City Hall would reopen its doors.

The decision on masks does not include inside Baltimore City Public Schools.

Currently, the city's seven-day average case rate is less than three percent.
