ANNAPOLIS, Md. — CVS Pharmacy announced 66 stores will offer COVID-19 drive-thru testing as of September 18.
Governor Larry Hogan previously signed an emergency order authorizing the state’s pharmacies to order and administer COVID-19 tests.

The CVS sites will issue self-swab tests to those meeting the CDC's criteria. To schedule an appointment, patients have to register in advance by clicking here.
Patients undergoing testing will stay in their cars by the pharmacy drive-thru window, and be given a swab kit with instructions on how to administer the test. A CVS Pharmacy staffer will be there to witness the test and to make sure it's done right. Tests will then be sent to an independent, third-party lab who will release the results in about three days.
All CVS stores providing testing will also be open for regular business.
