PARKVILLE, Md. — It was a Mother’s Day to remember for a Parkville great grandmother.

Mary Brown lives alone and hasn't been able to see her family because of the coronavirus.

So, they got creative and coordinated a drive by parade for Mother’s Day. The 93-year-old was surprised and happy to see her family, even at a distance.

“She’s got grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She’s 93 going to be 94 in august. She’s just an awesome woman and I’m sure everybody loves their mom, but we love ours more because she’s the best one,” said Mary’s son, Paul Brown.

After the parade, they dropped off gifts, food, even toilet paper to make her 93rd Mother’s Day special.
