BALTIMORE — Patient First is offering drive-up COVID 19 testing at seven locations in Maryland.

The latest location will offer tests beginning on May 21 at its location on West Street in Annapolis.

Other sites include Owings Mills (Reisterstown Road), Odenton (Maryland and Annapolis Road), Perry Hall (Belair Road), Rockville, Waldorf (Crain Highway), and Aberdeen (Hospitality Way).

Testing is by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 6 p.m., 7 days a week. Patients can make an appointment by calling the specific Patient First location. Callers will be asked about their symptoms and risk factors to determine if they meet screening criteria based on CDC guidance.

All tests are done outside, where patients can stay in their vehicles.

Samples are sent to a third-party reference lab for testing. Results take 2-4 days to come back, at which point patients will be called by a Patient First nurse.

There is no out-of-pocket cost for insured patients. For those paying out-of-pocket, the cost is $90 plus a separate lab bill.
